This 2 hour workshop focuses on diastasis recti and how this separation can lead to a lack of core strength and pelvic stability and, when left unresolved, can contribute to low back or sacroiliac joint pain, pelvic pain, or pelvic floor dysfunction. Diastasis Recti affects the whole body both aesthetically and functionally.

Reconnect you to your body especially the back, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles
Open and release tension in your shoulders, chest and neck
Learn to use thoracic breath work to calm the nervous system and avoid a plunging effect on the pelvic floor
Introduction to working with
Diastasis Recti (split abdominals), back/pelvic pain, neck pain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, weak pelvic floor (stress incontinence), fatigue and anxiety
