Terms & Conditions

Classes are 45 or 55 minutes long 

Cancellation policy is 48 hours notice prior to the class please email sam@sammace.com to notify for cancellation

Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable after 48 hours

Classes must be paid in full and in advance of the start date of the class

There are no transferral of classes,  or person to person 

Classes may be cancelled due to circumstances out of your instructors’ control eg poor weather conditions, sickness, but refunds will not be given

Once-A-Week LIVE ONLINE

• Price: £40/month
• Renewal: Auto-renewal. We will debit your credit card on file every month, until you terminate this contract
• Location: Your credits can be used online for LIVE GENTLE PILATES
• Commitment period: No minimum commitment period – give 10 days notice to cancel
• Start date/Payment date: The date of signing this contract, unless you have chosen an alternate date.
• Termination: Email sam@sammace.com a minimum of 10 days prior to your next payment date, to terminate this contract.
• Refunds: Monthly payments are non-refundable for any classes not attended during the month, and we cannot prorate your monthly payment. If you cannot attend a class a pre recorded class will be available as a replacement service
