Since returning from my travels, I have received 1-1 sessions with Sam, who is incredibly knowledgeable, and so warm and welcoming. Sam was immensely supportive of me trying to get back into exercise after suffering from back pain. I feel 100% relaxed in her safe hands as I work to strengthen my body in her classes and 1-1 sessions and find a way to exercise that will not hurt my back. The difference I have noticed after just three 1-1 sessions has been greater than I ever could have anticipated and has given me a fantastic base to build upon. I am excited to now attend Sam’s classes regularly.

Following back-surgery, I have been coming to the Pilates Seniors classes for a couple of years. I have found these sessions of huge benefit in strengthening my core and so lessening pressure on the back. The classes are led in an atmosphere of serene purpose and thoughtful awareness and there is always great sensitivity to individual needs
I’ve been going to classes with Sam for a couple of years now and my favourite class is definitely Barre. I love the music, the moves and the challenge it gives me. My strength, stamina, coordination and balance have all improved and I would recommend Barre for all
