What clients have to say.

The 4 week intro block to Pilates is for all ages. I would definitely recommend giving it a go to help posture and core muscles. It makes you think about your own body and how Pilates can help you.

Sam was very reassuring. She talked us through each step with ease, and was very accommodating to those that were less able.

4 week intro Pilates course

We really enjoy our annual trip (now our third visit) to St Andrews and Sam’s classes. The tailored classes for our girls weekend are hard to beat. I can’t think of anywhere else that could match what you do – it was another great experience and my aching muscles reminded me that not only was it fun, it did me some good too.

50+, Private Group Pilates and Barre

I’ve been going to classes with Sam for a couple of years now and my favourite class is definitely Barre. I love the music, the moves and the challenge it gives me. My strength, stamina, coordination and balance have all improved and I would recommend Barre for all

60+, Barre & Pilates

I was mentored by Sam through the Freedom Fertility Formula. Not only did the methods I learn help me to remember and embrace the things I love in life and start enjoying living in the wait but it was also so great to have a mentor who is such a genuinely lovely person, so open about her own journey and genuinely caring to talk to at any point

I would like to thank Sam for the pregnancy Pilates classes. I feel so much more confident about the birth and have learnt how to move my body when the real contractions happen. I will certainly concentrate on doing the exercises Sam taught us about opening the pelvis

30+ Pregnancy Pilates

‘Happy Feet, Happy Hips’ day retreat was such a treat to embark on! Taking time out to focus and concentrate on the fundamentals was invigorating.

The home goody bag, the course, and the exercises meant we could really incorporate everything we’d learnt into our daily lives.

I would love to come back for more!

Happy Feet, Happy Hips Day Retreat

I’ve attended both pregnancy and postnatal Pilates with Sam, and I really enjoyed both. The pregnancy class gave me the confidence to think positively about the birth experience and the postnatal class helped me to recover, to feel in good shape and to strengthen my pelvic floor again.

Sam is a hugely supportive teacher and the classes were always the right balance of challenge, relaxation and fun. I would definitely recommend the classes to other expectant and new mums.

Aside from the physical and mental health benefits I felt, I really appreciated meeting other mums and their little ones, and being able to share experiences.

Pregnancy and Postnatal Pilates classes

The 4-week intro block to Barre is an excellent way to work on strength, balance, flexibility and even get your heart rate up in a safe, low-impact format. It was a very welcoming group and I’d say it’s an accessible exercise for most people.
