5 Reasons to use our mobile app
At The View Studio, we know that the Glofox Mobile App (integrated with The View Studio software) is a great tool for our members. You may not even be aware that we have an app. If you are trying to use the web portal on your phone to book classes, this is a very clunky way of working and much easier to download the app. Simply go to the app store or google play, download glofox, then type in The View Studio for centre name, login as a new client or use your current username and password to login.
Here are 5 Top Tips from members about the benefits of using the app
1. “IT HELPS ME PLAN MY DAY AROUND MY EXERCISE “
This was a very popular response from our members. Members love the fact that they can book into a class later that day or week, with their spot guaranteed. Did you know you can book your classes up to 2 months in advance. Now is a good time to get organised and book your spot for your favourite class. Don’t forget to cancel your spot if you can’t attend, you cancel up to 1 hour in advance. Go to the calendar icon with tick underneath your name at the top, your classes will come up and uncheck to cancel.
2. “IT MAKES PAYING SO EASY”
Members found it very easy to load a debit / credit card to their account in the App and use it to purchase memberships classes and workshops. Members also love the fact that the App stores their card details, so they don’t have to enter it every time they make a new purchase.
3. “THE TIMETABLE IS ALWAYS UP TO DATE”
The App allows members to keep up to date with the timetable and that it is so easy to check out what time classes are on and what classes may be cancelled. Members also commented on how great it was not having to carry a timetable around or no longer having to go to The View Studio’s website to find the details they’re looking for. Please remember to check for updates with the app by going to the app store and then click on updates bottom right.
4. “IT’S SO EASY TO BOOK”
Unlike web booking forms which can be frustrating and time consuming, members love how they can book a
class through the Glofox App in a couple of taps, without having to log in each time. Members used words such as “convenient”, “easy to use” and “flexible” to describe their booking experience. Don’t forget to sign out and in of the app to refresh from time to time.
5. “I FEEL CONNECTED WITH WHAT’S HAPPENING AT THE VIEW STUDIO”
This was an extremely popular answer among members who have the app and utilise the Glofox Push Notification feature to good effect. Members like to know the latest news and happenings of The View Studio in a particular week, especially if classes are cancelled.
