Hello As September approaches, children go back to school our thoughts tend to focus back to our workout. The on-trend way to exercise is to ‘flexercise’, make your workout work for you! Specialised boutique studios are becoming very popular, where clients have the option of trying different classes during the week and then keeping things interesting by doing running or horse riding at the weekend. St Andrews very own boutique studio, The View Studio is a huge fan of ‘flexercise’, where clients can dip in and out of ballet fit, Pilates or take their workout outdoors with Nordic walking. So let’s get physical! ‘Flexercising’ is great for offering flexibility and strength training. It also avoids familiarity setting in. Mashing up a workout does give the best result. Trying Ballet Fit which combines core work, Pilates, yoga and Ballet inspired moves helps to sculpt and provides a heart elevating workout, combine this with some Nordic walking where the cross training, total body workout on the sand really helps to keep us on our toes.Try your mash up regime today at The View Studio. |
